Terms and conditions

Using e-city.in.ua means you are reading these terms. If they do not suit you, close the showcase. CosmoNews is a review, not a gambling contract with a casino. No page is an offer to place a stake, make a deposit or collect a bonus. A stake, if you place one at all, arises only with the operator after you go to https://e-city.in.ua/go/, and only under that operator’s rules.

The material is written for adults aged 21 and over. If the law of your country sets a higher age, or bans gambling, follow that law. We do not check geolocation and we do not stand in for a local regulator.

You may read, compare terms and follow internal links freely. You may not copy the whole site, pass the review off as your own, or present it as the official Cosmolot cashier. A short quotation with a link to the specific CosmoNews page is allowed. Scraping the catalog, guessing passwords and trying to knock the showcase over are forbidden.

The name in the header is a label in the browser, not an account. Do not put someone else’s name there on purpose, and do not use the form to pretend you are the hall’s support desk.

Bonuses, wagering, the game list, RTP and promotion deadlines change at the operator faster than a paragraph can be updated. Figures on the showcase are an explanation for the reader, not a promise of a win and not a balance that is owed to you. Before any money, open the rules of that exact promotion in the hall.

A demo spin on a game card is a toy in the browser. It does not take a hryvnia and it does not pay a win. A likeness to the operator’s slot does not mean the demo result will repeat for real money.

Some buttons lead to the operator’s resource. We do not run its cashier, its support or the speed of a payout. If the operator’s page is down, that is not a CosmoNews fault. Mentions of PlayCity, Diia or game studios are there as a guide. Their sites live under their own terms.

The decision to play, the size of a deposit and the reading of the small print sit with the reader. CosmoNews does not refund a loss, a refused payout or a bonus that expired because of a wager. We are also not liable for a dropped connection on the operator’s side.

The terms may be replaced without a separate letter to each visitor. The version in force is the one open on this page, with the date at the top. If a clause becomes unacceptable to you, stop using the showcase. Questions about wording go to spaceiks777@gmail.com. Name the page address.
