No Diia or BankID, no stake

Play starts at 21. An account without an identity check will not take a stake: not via “I’ll send the document later”, and not through someone else’s login.

A form without the state is not yet an account

An email and a password create a form, not permission to play. A licensed hall opens a stake after it has matched the person through Diia or BankID. Until that match exists, a spin for money should not go through, even if the banner is already showing a bonus. “I’ll send the document tomorrow” is not a postponed check. It is no check.

The age in these rules is 21, not 18. The difference is not a “play responsibly” banner. It is who the hall must turn away before a deposit. A site that lets younger players in and promises to sort it out later is not keeping the line an account starts from.

The name should be the same on every paper. A friend’s card, even with the friend’s permission, does not fit this scheme. A payout still goes only where the deposit came from, and only if the name matches. Someone else’s card breaks both the way in and the way out.

What has to match before the first stake
  • Age

From 21. Younger than that, the account does not open.

  • Diia or BankID

Without this, stakes do not go through.

  • Name on the card

It has to match the name on the account.

  • Restriction register

If the person is already listed, the check should stop them.

The check does not speed a payout by itself. It keeps an unconfirmed or someone else’s name out of the game.

The check is also meant to catch people who asked to stop

The same gate that confirms age should see the self-exclusion register. Otherwise a person who already closed their own access comes back through a new form. The fine case is exactly about a hole in that place: the register was checked only by document number, without name and date of birth, and two people on the list were let in.

So the check is not a rude five-minute formality. It holds the age, the card match and the stop list. Switching it off “for convenience” opens all three doors at once. A hall that does this saves itself a step and moves the risk onto the person.

If Diia will not open, a stake is not replaced by a passport screenshot in the chat. You wait until the state check works, or you do not play. A bypass through someone else’s BankID is not a technical inconvenience. It is someone else’s account in someone else’s name.
