Set the time and money cap before the first stake

A limit after the loss does not save the evening. The ceiling on money and time belongs in the account while the balance is still full.

The ceiling before the start, not after

A limit in a hall is not a tip at the bottom of the page. It is a rule that has to work at the moment you no longer want to stop. That is why it is set before the first stake. After a run of losses the hand reaches for another deposit, not for settings. An account that already has a ceiling simply will not let that gesture through.

Money and time are different switches. A daily money cap closes new stakes once the sum is used, even if the game “almost evened out”. A time cap closes the session even if money remains and leaving feels wasteful. Setting only one of them leaves the other way to continue.

The numbers should be dull. Not “what you can spare”, but a sum whose loss does not break the week. Time is the stretch after which attention is already poor. The hall will not guess these numbers for you. An empty limit in the settings holds nothing.

Three different stops, not one button
  • Money cap

New stakes stop once the day’s ceiling is used.

  • Time cap

The account pauses even if money is still there.

  • PlayCity request

A longer ban. You pick the term. Close family can file a shorter one.

  • Helpline

0 800 100 065 — when stopping on your own no longer works.

A money cap, a time cap and a PlayCity request do not replace each other. A short limit is not self-exclusion.

When a limit is no longer enough

If control has gone, a one-day ceiling is not enough. Then the subject is a longer ban. The request goes through PlayCity: you choose the period during which play will not be opened for you. Close family can also file, but the term is shorter. This is not a gesture from the hall. It is a state procedure, and the detail belongs on PlayCity’s side, not in an operator’s advert.

While the request is being read, the helpline 0 800 100 065 stays a separate door, not a substitute for the account. A call does not undo stakes already made. It helps stop the next ones. Waiting for a hall’s support desk to switch the heat off is waiting at the wrong button.

Demo does not replace a limit. A practice spin does not take money and does not train a ceiling. It only shows how a cabinet turns. The ceiling lives in the account and in the restriction request. It is set while you are still calm, before the stake after which you want the rules rewritten.
